Secure Energy Services Inc., an energy services company, through its subsidiaries, provides specialized services to upstream oil and natural gas companies operating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, Canada; and the Rocky Mountain region, North Dakota.

The company's Processing, Recovery and Disposal (PRD) division assists upstream oil and natural gas companies with the treatment and sale of crude oil, as well as the treatment, recycling, and disposal of by-products associated with oil and natural gas development and production. The division's PRD services include crude oil emulsion treatment, terminalling, rail transloading, and marketing of oil, oilfield waste processing, tank washing, landfill disposal, tank rentals, and disposal of produced and waste water, as well as the purchase and resale of crude oil.

Its Drilling Services division provides development and supply of drilling fluids and drilling fluid systems for medium to deep wells, horizontal wells, and horizontal steam assisted gravity drainage wells; and drilling equipment rentals and services for drilling operations.

The company's OnSite Services division offers pipeline integrity services, such as pipeline integrity digs, maintenance, new construction horizontal directional drilling programs, geotechnical evaluation, and abandonment and decommissioning services; water management, recycling, pumping, and storage solutions; environmental and civil construction services; frac tanks rentals; waste container services; drilling waste management and environmental sciences; remediation and reclamation of former wellsites, facilities, commercial, and industrial properties; and demolition and decommissioning services.
