US FUSION & Specialty Construction
General Description:
Oversees the daily construction activities at a work site. Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials. Works with contractors to complete project within the given budget and time frame. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to operations or construction manager.
Essential Functions:
1. Schedules workers, equipment and materials delivery, changes, etc. to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Works with contractors to ensure project completion within a specified budget.
3. Resolves some aspects of contract disputes.
4. Adheres to all applicable safety standards.
5. Issues corrective action on safety and policy infractions when observed.
6. Responsible for all Safety and Quality Control on assigned projects.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cross-train with other departments as needed.
2. Participates in other duties as assigned by Operations and Construction Managers.
3. Corroborate with other departments for maximization of US Fusion.
Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure:
1. 4+ years' experience.
2. Valid Driver's License.
3. Valid TWIC OSHA card.
4. Able to gain access to customer jobsites
Preferred Technical Skills and Abilities
1. Detailed understanding of the materials and methods of installation for Leak tight rubber liner systems and protective coatings.
2. Competent Rigger / knowledgeable in proper rigging practices
3. Competent at reading drawing and project specifications
4. Competent at reading and understanding project bid and contract obligations
5. Competent and reading and understanding project schedule information
6. Competent in field measurements and fabrication
7. Competent and experienced at managing shoring and excavations
8. Competent and experienced equipment operator (Track-hoe, Skid Steer, Forklift)

8. Competent at managing project change as it relates to the contract, and capturing / handling the change management process.
9. Competent at managing daily permits / customer work authorization.
10. Competent at managing daily jobsite documentation.
