Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant -Application Production Support (APS) Lead
Are you passionate about solving complex problems, driving results, and working with cutting-edge technologies? Join our team as a Senior Principal Consultant – APS Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of mission-critical applications.
In this role, you’ll oversee and support IBM Sterling Connect Direct, Axway Transfer CFT, and Axway Secure Transport, handling escalated incidents, leading root cause analysis, and collaborating with global teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support at least two of the following products: IBM Sterling Connect Direct, Axway Transfer CFT, and Axway Secure Transport.
- Understand business requirements and design effective, scalable solutions accordingly.
- Ensure quality standards in release management.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to resolve issues or implement new workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis for P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents and proactively address business needs and mitigate future risks.
- Adhere to policies and procedures for incident, problem, and change management.
- Meet service performance expectations with defined service levels and quality standards.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in technology with a focus on computers or information technology (IT) or a degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of product architecture
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and disaster recovery procedures for at least two of the following: Connect Direct, Axway Transfer CFT, and Secure Transport.
- Experience in patching and migrations.
- L3 support experience with patching, migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and passionate about learning new technologies.
- High energy, results-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Bonus Points/Preferred Skills:
- Capital markets domain knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and integration across incident, problem, and change management.
- Knowledge of other products like Control-M, MQSeries, or NetBackup is preferred.
- Proficiency in shell or Python scripting.
Performance Goals:
- Achieve or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production support by implementing improvements and optimizations to stabilize the environment.

- Open to early morning or late morning shifts.
- Eager to learn new technologies and domain-related knowledge.
