and supplier of specialized, flexible, factory assembled cathodic

more than 30 yrs ago. Anodeflex is one of the fastest growing brands
under the Seal For Life umbrella.
In 2024, Seal For Life Industries was acquired by Henkel and is currently
being integrated into the Henkel Adhesive Technologies Group, the
world’s leading producer of adhesives, sealants and function coatings.
Current Opportunity
Anodeflex is seeking a highly motivated Business Development
Representative (BDR) that is results-driven to join their team. Reporting
to the Anodeflex US Sales Manager, the BDR is responsible for the
growth of Anodeflex revenue through existing and new Anodeflex
customers - suppliers, resellers, distributors and operators. This role
requires a strong understanding of cathodic protection, an ability to work
independently, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
This position will be based remotely but requires extensive (up to 50%)
travel throughout the US.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Responsible for growth of new business development, sales and revenue for Anodeflex products;
Responsible for market share growth of new Anodeflex customers – suppliers, distributors and end users;
Accountable for working with team to achieve yearly sales goals;
Responsible for reporting projects and quotes to management and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities through Salesforce;
Acts as a knowledge and trusted resource for Anodeflex products and their applications;
Conducts in-person and virtual meetings to present Anodeflex presentations and materials to technical and management audiences;
Fosters and grows relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships;
Works with the customer service and shipping teams as well as the manufacturing facility on pricing quotes and lead times;
Collaborates with management to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
What You Need To Succeed
Four-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or engineering;
Minimum of 10 years of experience in outside sales (alternative experience may be considered);
Solid understanding of corrosion and cathodic protection and its associated components, specifically anodes;
Strong, established relationships in the corrosion and cathodic protection industry;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Robust presentation skills and confidence;
Willingness to work independently;
Experience in Salesforce;
AMPP or NACE certification is strongly preferred;
Bilingual (Spanish) is an asset;
Extensive travel across the US (up to 50%) is required in this role. Proximity to a major airport is highly desired.
